From requirement to delivery
Customers can provide drawings, specifications, BOMs, sketches or technical requirements. STARLI MARINE reviews the scope and coordinates suitable independent engineering and manufacturing resources in China.
Support can include technical clarification, quotation coordination, fabrication follow-up, inspection, FAT, packing and delivery.
Build-to-Print Fabrication
For marine, offshore and industrial structures or components, customers provide the production drawing and technical requirements. STARLI MARINE coordinates suitable fabrication resources and follows the agreed execution scope.
Design Coordination + Fabrication
If a customer has a requirement but no complete production drawing, STARLI MARINE can coordinate qualified engineering/design partners together with suitable manufacturers.
Engineering and manufacturing are performed by the selected independent project partners under the agreed scope.
Practical Project Support
STARLI MARINE helps international clients identify and coordinate suitable Chinese shipyards and manufacturing resources for newbuilding, repair, conversion and custom fabrication work.

Independent Manufacturing Partner · Dalian
Dalian Xiangfeng Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd. is an established fabrication company in Dalian with manufacturing roots dating back to 1978. Its capabilities include pressure vessels, skid-mounted equipment, flare systems and custom fabrication. STARLI MARINE works with Xiangfeng on selected marine, offshore and engineered fabrication requirements.
The founder’s cooperation with Dalian Xiangfeng Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd. dates back to 2008. Xiangfeng is an independent manufacturing partner in Dalian.
Manufacturing capabilities relevant to selected client requirements include skid packages, flare stacks, pressure vessels and custom fabrication. The founder’s previous cooperation experience includes flare-stack fabrication for an international export project.
